While enticing upon release, the 2020 Yarden Syrah will continue developing in the bottle over several years and stay in great drinking shape for a decade or more from vintage. Give the wine a go with slow-cooked beef ribs, roast saddle of lamb, or grilled eggplant with garlic and herbs.
