The Wine

The 2013 Mount Hermon White displays bright melon, citrus, floral, guava and green apple characters. This refreshing and drinkable wine is great for everyday enjoyment.

Delightful upon release, the wine is best appreciated within a couple of years of vintage. Try Mount Hermon White with a thick broiled salmon fillet, a plate of sushi, or a steaming helping of chicken Piccata.

The Wine

Strong purple in color, the wine displays intoxicating scents of fresh berry, ripe plum, blackberry, and strawberry jam, on a background of cacao, clove and maple aromas, along with a touch of mint and toasted oak. A full-bodied wine with well- balanced flavors and a classic, long-lasting finish. The wine goes well with a variety of meat dishes such as grilled meats, seasoned lamb and roast beef. It is also a wonderful accompaniment with rich deserts such as an indulging chocolate mousse.

The Wine

The 2011 Gilgal Cabernet Sauvignon presents ripe raspberry, cherry and plum fruit notes layered with hints of herb, spice and French oak. This is a wonderfully flavorful Cabernet with nice body and a lingering finish. Though ready to drink now, Gilgal Cabernet should age well in the bottle for some six to eight years from harvest. Try pairing the wine with a peppered ribeye steak, grilled lamb chops, or a steaming plate of osso buco.

The 2012 Yarden Muscat presents a heady mix of tangerine, orange blossom, honeysuckle, Asian pear and pineapple characters, all layered with hints of French oak, vanilla and spice. This sophisticated dessert wine is agreeably sweet yet remarkably drinkable.
While ready to enjoy now, Yarden Muscat will age well for many years from harvest. This fortified sweet wine goes wonderfully with a wide variety of desserts such as fresh fruit salad, chocolate mousse or biscotti cookies.
