Golan Heights Winery is considered Israel’s leading winery in quality, technological innovation and new variety development. The Yarden portfolio includes the leading brands of Yarden, Yarden Cru Elite, Gilgal and Mount Hermon. Founded in 1983, Golan Heights Winery is celebrating 40 years of winemaking and has played a significant role in developing Israel’s reputation for quality winemaking on the world wine stage.

Compost
We reduce waste by producing compost
from the pomace of grapes.
Water Treatment
We have our own Wastewater Treatment Facility,
and a system for recycling grey water.
