El Rom

The 2021 Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon El Rom Vineyard is made entirely from grapes grown in El Rom Vineyard, which is located in the northern Golan Heights at elevations ranging between 1,000-1,100 meters (3,300-3,600 feet). The Cabernet Sauvignon in this vineyard, which has been certified for sustainable winegrowing, was planted originally in 1983.
