Yarden Blanc de Blancs presents delightful fruit aromas of lemon, pear and green apple, accompanied by hints of floral and mineral notes on a nuanced background of toasted baguette. Delicate yet complex, this festive sparkling wine displays fine bubbles and crisp acidity. The sparkling wine is produced strictly according to the traditional method, including the pressing of whole clusters and secondary fermentation in the bottle. Disgorging began after a minimum of five years of aging in the bottle on tirage yeast.
Delicious upon release, Yarden Blanc de Blancs will age elegantly for up to ten years from vintage. Enjoy the wine by itself as an aperitif, or serve it with assorted tapas yellowtail sashimi, or goose liver torchon served with a bit of coarse sea salt and aged balsamic vinegar
