Yarden Katzrin Chardonnay shows off enticing lemon and pear fruit notes, along with pleasing characters of tropical fruits, flowers, spice and a hint of brioche. This full-bodied Chardonnay is full-flavored yet bright and drinkable. Though enjoyable now, Yarden Katzrin Chardonnay will develop in the bottle for several years and remain in great drinking shape for about eight years from harvest. The wine pairs wonderfully with hazelnut-crusted red-snapper, grilled free-range veal chops, or a festive cheese board.
Yarden Katzrin Chardonnay is produced exclusively from grapes grown in the northern Golan Heights in our best Chardonnay vineyards, which have been certified for sustainable winegrowing. The wine aged sur lie in new French oak barrels for nine months.
