Yarden 2T presents attractive notes of ripe red and black fruits intermingled with characters of anise, violets, earth and chocolate. A blend of two Portuguese varieties, the wine exhibits full body and appetizing flavor. Although pleasurable now, the Yarden 2T will continue to develop in the bottle and remain in excellent drinking condition for many years from vintage. Give the wine a try with savory shepherd’s pie, Thai chicken coconut curry, or roast cauliflower with an almond herb sauce.
